"My goal is to bring the world of fitness and physical therapy together in a way that will make the techniques and philosophy of rehabilitation available to the public BEFORE they have experienced injury or have to undergo surgery due to premature joint degeneration.
I believe we should not have to accept pain and physical limitations as a normal process of aging but strive to educate my clients in preserving and improving their bodies throughout their lifetime."
The biomechanical flaws which predispose a body to injury are present long before the injury actually occurs and often remain even after the injury itself has been rehabilitated. It is our goal to address these flaws, not only to prevent injury, but to improve overall mobility, optimize performance in both daily and athletic activities.
